How do I shop on Polly?

Is Polly a marketplace? Can I sell?
No, Polly is a retailer, not a marketplace. We do not allow individuals or third-party merchants to list items on our site. To maintain strict quality control and guarantee authenticity, we strictly source our inventory directly from brands and authorized partners. We own the stock, we manage the warehouses, and we handle the shipping.
Are the products brand new?
Yes, 100%. We do not sell "pre-loved," used, or open-box items. Every single item on Polly is brand new, authentic, and comes in its original packaging with tags attached.
Where will my order ship from?
We hold our inventory physically in our own facilities. Your order will ship directly from our partnered warehouses (3PLs) in Ogden, Utah or Dallas, Texas. This allows us to inspect every package and ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.
Where do the deals come from?
We help major brands solve a big problem: excess inventory. By purchasing high-quality, surplus stock in large volume directly from them (and liquidators), we get incredible rates that we pass on to you. It’s the same premium product you see elsewhere, just smarter sourcing.
How long does shipping take?
Because we ship domestically from the US, you won't be waiting weeks for a package from overseas. Most orders are processed within 24 hours (you'll receive a tracking number the second your order ships!) and arrive within 3-5 business days.
Are there any subscriptions or fees?
No. Polly is completely free to browse and use. We do not have memberships, subscription plans, or monthly fees. You only pay for the items you choose to buy. Standard shipping is always free, and we do not charge handling or service fees, just the cost of your items plus applicable state sales tax.
How do returns work on Polly?
We want you to love your Polly finds. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Since we're the retailer, you process the return directly and smoothly with us, no haggling with individual sellers.
